How can I collect pledges?

There are two ways to collect pledges. You can download a printable pledge form here and collect pledges in person, or you can send people the link to your personal fundraising page and invite them to support you online. Any pledges you collect in person can be turned in when you pick up your event packet, or on the day of the event. Either way, any donations you collect stay 100% local supporting Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare's Cardiac Wellness Centre and Pulmonary Rehab Program.
